One of the key reasons for our redesign is to make life easy for you. Before, our incredible FileHub was tucked away, not clear on the front page. We want you to be able to access information about it whenever you need – so we put it right where you can see it.
Our clearer menu is also great because you can easily choose between power banks and chargers. These categories are divided into key aspects of the device. In power banks, for instance, you can choose between high capacity, compact size or PD Pioneer!

An aspect that we really wanted to clear up with this site was the support section. We’ve listened to all our fans, and made sure that this is detailed and informative.
There’s no more hunting around the website for the contact email address or phone number – just head to the contact page! You have details for the US, Germany, Japan and China, as well as our general email address. Feel free to contact RAVPower’s dedicated customer service team whenever you have an issue!
