  • Do you guys have a shop/showroom?

Yes, we do! Our shop, showroom, and warehouse is located at 37 Kallang Pudding Road #05-08, Tong Lee Building Block B, Singapore 349315 (1st building on the right-hand side past guard house). Please feel free to visit us to have a look or test our products before you make your purchase. We have ALL the products on display for you!

  • What are your opening hours?

We are open 7 days a week from 9 am until 7 pm.

  • How is my order shipped and how long does it take to reach me?

We have DAILY courier pick-ups from our warehouse. The delivery time is usually within 1-2 business days for STANDARD DELIVERY. We also provide SAME-DAY DELIVERY (order needs to be placed before 4 pm).

  • How much do I need to pay for delivery?

Nothing! For ALL orders we provide FREE SHIPPING within Singapore. Orders above SGD 200 will be delivered FREE on the SAME DAY.

  • How long is the warranty period for your products?

ALL products come with 12 months 1-for-1 exchange warranty against manufacturer defects. Hassle free!

  • Do I need to register my product via mail or online for warranty?

No! Your product comes with an automatic 12 months warranty. You don't need to do anything. Just keep your receipt (digital or hardcopy) as a proof of purchase.  

  • How do I track my orders?

You will receive an email, together with a tracking number, notifying you that orders have been shipped.

  • How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless "Out of stock" is indicated.  On receipt of your order, if any items are unavailable, we will inform you by email and we will offer you a refund or alternative availability date where possible.

  • Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?

Yes, it is possible if the delivery address is in Singapore.

  • Which payment options do you accept online?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Google Pay, and ApplePay.

  • Do you accept "cash on delivery"?

No sorry, we don't offer cash on delivery.  

  • Which payment options do you accept at your shop?

We accept cash, nets, all major credit cards, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Android Pay and ApplePay.

  • Can I do a self-collection for my online purchase?

Yes, this is possible. Please select the "self-collection" option at check-out. Your item will be right away available at our shop for your collection.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

Our "no questions asked" cancellation policy allows you to cancel your order with us:

  1. Before the Products are delivered to you; or
  2. Within 7 working days of receiving the Products.
